Kevin Cross is a respected leader in the professional process serving community and currently serves as President of the Mississippi Association of Professional Process Servers (MAPPS). With more than 20 years of experience in process serving, he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the legal system. His leadership is centered on strengthening industry standards, mentoring the next generation of professionals, and promoting accountability within the profession.
Kevin’s commitment to service extends far beyond his professional career. He is a retired law enforcement officer and a proud military veteran, bringing decades of public service experience that have shaped his disciplined leadership style and strong sense of duty. His background in both military and law enforcement environments has given him a unique perspective on justice, leadership, and community responsibility.
In addition to his professional and public service roles, Kevin is deeply committed to community outreach. He serves as the Director of the Mountain of Love Community Center Food Pantry, helping provide food and resources to families in need. Through this role and others, he actively works to address food insecurity and uplift underserved communities.
Kevin also serves as a Community Outreach Coordinator, where he focuses on creating meaningful programs that support youth development and senior citizen engagement. His work centers on building stronger connections within the community while encouraging mentorship, opportunity, and support across generations.
Driven by a passion for service, leadership, and community empowerment, Kevin continues to dedicate his time and experience to initiatives that strengthen both his profession and the communities he serves.
